Victoria (DePIN Space): Hi everyone! I'm Victoria from DePIN Space. We're in Singapore at DePIN Day, and a lot of folks still ask what DePIN really means. I'm here with Konstantine from Titan. Tell us who you are and what you're building.

Konstantine (Titan Network): Hi! I'm Konstantine, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Titan Network. We're building a CDN-focused decentralized network. You can contribute almost any device, your phone, personal computer, or even data-center hardware.

We aggregate those resources and resell them to enterprise clients, so your idle capacity earns for you. You connect once, we handle the rest. It can be 0 to 5 while your device helps customers like TikTok, Tencent, Lenovo, and others. They get performance, you get rewarded.

Victoria: Sounds simple. Walk us through why a company like TikTok would want this.

Konstantine: Media companies spend about 25% of costs on bandwidth. Titan lets them deliver through user devices, not just data centers, bringing content physically closer to viewers, which lowers cost and latency. Every nearby phone can act like a micro data center. That saves money for platforms and pays you daily for renting out your resources.

Victoria: And the inevitable question, tokenomics?

Konstantine: From day one, our goal has been transparency. When a customer pays Titan, for example renting 10,000 phones, we record it on chain. You can see which devices were rented and for how much. We distribute 80% of revenue directly to participating users. You see exactly how much traffic your device served and your payout. No hidden fees, just proportional rewards. We are opening the black box of the cloud.

Victoria: It's 2025. What are you most proud of this year?

Konstantine: Our community. We've reached about 2.2 million registered nodes. We launched a browser plug-in two months ago, and more than 200,000 users are contributing daily. We're now serving enterprises globally, covering 108 countries, and making clear, consistent payments. Enterprises win, the community wins. Everyone wins.

Victoria: What's the plan for next year?
